Could this procedure NOT be right for me?
There can be many reasons why this procedure is not right for you.
They range from psychological to heath. For example, if you have a
disease like Crohn’s disease, ulcers, or severe esophagitis, this
procedure is not right for you. There are several other factors that we
will go over with you during your preoperative evaluation. For a more

Tru You Aftercare Program
Because we want to ensure you get all the results you want and we want
those results to be long-lasting and permanent, our Tru You aftercare
program is essential. It’s important that you visit with others who have
had the surgery. By being with others, hearing their stories you will be
able to incorporate the best of the best into your own life and weight
management program.
It’s important that we see you and are sure you are progressing in the
exact manner we expect. It’s important that we make adjustments if
necessary.
The Woodlands is our community and you are our neighbor. We want
to be certain that you are well taken care of and that you get the best
treatment possible from a local physician.
As part of our family, you will be asked and encouraged to attend our
Tru You aftercare program. It is critical to your recovery and ongoing
mission to create a more healthy, happy, energetic life. We’ll give you
all the details during your preoperative exam. We just need your
commitment here that you will agree to be part of this important
recovery process — okay?
